RETURNS
Returns accepted within 15 days from date of shipment.
Please check description and size of what is being ordered. A 20% restocking fee can apply to returns.
Restocking fee will be applied to non-defective items that are returned for credit or size exchange.
Buyer pays return shipping (exceptions may apply). Please contact us for return instructions.
It is our policy not to ship replacement product until return is received and processed.
If active verifiable tracking number is provided, replacement may be shipped prior to receipt of return.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We work hard to insure our listings reflect up-to-date availability.
On rare occasions an item may sell out through another venue.
If this happens you will have the option to wait until new stock arrives (ETA given),
or receive an immediate and complete refund.
If you decide to wait for product arrival you can still cancel the order any
time prior to shipping and request a full refund.
