Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and reflect the
approximate actual cost to us. UPS and US Postal Rates climbed again on Jan 1.
Also, the UPS delivery surcharge to residential addresses now exceeds $2 per package.
We are in the process of lowering prices where we can to offset the impact

SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Shipping is via UPS and USPS only. Physical address required.

Orders processed and shipped only after payment is confirmed.
Our warehouse receives large quantities of orders during peak seasons.
Shipping time varies based on order and seasonal volume (2-5 BUSINESS days).
Average delivery is 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS on all orders.

Many items are available to Alaska/Hawaii, Canada.
(Not all items eligible for shipment to the above).

Shipping charges are not refundable.
Sorry we no longer ship to APO/FPO addresses.

RETURNS
Returns accepted within 15 days from date of shipment. Damaged items must go through claims processing.
Please check description and size of what is being ordered. A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns.
Restocking fee will be applied to non-defective items that are returned for credit, size exchange
or that are returned in less than pristine condition.
Buyer pays return shipping. Please contact us for return instructions.
It is our policy not to ship replacement product until return is received and processed.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We work hard to insure our listings reflect up-to-date availability.
On rare occasions an item may sell out through another venue or due to
a high order volume. If this happens you will have the option to wait until
new stock arrives (ETA given), or receive an immediate and complete refund.
If you decide to wait for product arrival you can still cancel the order any
time prior to shipping and request a full refund.
